A small note of appreciation is appropriate the changes I have made are down to your coaching.

Just over 12 weeks ago a realization that I needed help to move and change certain aspects of my life occurred to me.  Oh I thought Ill give coaching a chance and see how it goes with Roslyn.

Roslyn, you are dedicated, thoughtful and very perceptive.  You pushed, probed and nudged me in the right direction.  You create a safe haven environment which enables the client to feel at ease and speak freely with no judgment and total privacy.  I fully trusted you and your approach as I knew all suggestions or tasks were for my good.

I finished our sessions with tools to further move forward and a greater understanding of myself as person.
