I started Pranic Healing with Alona in February of this year, prompted by my sister who met her in Bangalore, India. At first I was skeptical about the practice. I didn't know how anything could be done with so many kms in between. I started sessions following what Alona asked me to do: writing, thinking, planning, looking at the big picture, focusing on my dreams and little by little I started to feel how Pranic Healing worked. We had sessions for about 2 months. After this time I feel totally focused and with more confidence in myself and I see that my dreams are achievable. It was brilliant to talk so openly with her and feel the support. I would definitely recommend Alona as a healer. I will continue sessions whenever I can.
