”I started Pranic Healing with Alona in February of this year, prompted by my sister who met her in Bangalore, India. At first I was skeptical about the practice. I didn't know how anything could be done with so many kms in between. I started sessions following what Alona asked me to do: writing, thinking, planning, looking at the big picture, focusing on my dreams and little by little I started to feel how Pranic Healing worked.
