.Laliv Cohen Israeli is married, a mother of two, and resides in Lehavim, Israel. Dr. Cohen Israeli received her PhD. from Bar Ilan University. Her doctorial research interest was focused on Work – Family Integration among Israeli men. Her professional interests are Family, Labor market, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Psychology. She is an active lecturer at Sapir Academic College, Ben Gurion University and Achva Academic Campus. She is a lecturer, researcher and consultant, teaching professional courses such as: Organizational Behavior, Interpersonal and Business Communication, Business Marketing, Human Resource Management and the Organizational Psychology. In addition, she serves as an organizational advisor, curriculums developer and as an official selector for command training in the Intelligence Corps, The Ministry of Defense.
