השתתפתי בתהליך של גיבוש תוכנית עבודה ערכים וחזון עם שלומית היועצת הארגונית. הייעוץ היה רציני נתן ערך מוסף לקבוצה והכי חשוב הצעיד את הקבוצה לביצוע תוכנית עבודה שאת פירותיה התחלנו כבר לראות. אם את זה היא עשתה במפגש בתהליך קצר ניתן רק לדמיין מה היא מחוללת בארגונים בתהליכי עומק וליווי מנהלים.
